Grapes come from our state LA PLANTA. Twenty-five vineyards cultivated in a traditional way.
The vineyard is located at 911 m. altitude in clay soils - limestone with limestone bedrock within a meter of the surface.
The grapes are picked by hand when they have reached the optimum ripeness and they are brought to the winery in 15 kg crates. The bunches pass through a sorting table and then are pressed. One day was kept cold with a subsequent, slow fermentation in oak barrels from France.
Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels makes it a complex and nuanced wine.
The second fermentation takes place in bottle, and stay in rhyme is 20 months after disgorging.
VISUAL: Bright and clear. Rosary constant and prolonged very small bubble. Slow formation crown persistently maintained for a long period of time. Straw yellow with gold trim again.
NOSE: High aromatic intensity. With notes of toasted bread and pastries, light nuances of nuts. Insights high stone fruit and dates, with abundant lactic tones.
MOUTH: Fresh and sparkling entrance. Structured, mellow and spacious. The retro-olfaction enhances the fruity notes ticked olfactory phase.
