You will always be with our enologist, Jorge Monzón. You will be able to taste wines that are not blended yet. We will fill a pipet with wines from the different oak casks in order to observe the different aromas got by this process.

In such special room you will be able to touch the casks, feel the porous wood and even hear how the wine is breathing
