After alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in deposit the wine is aged in mixed American and French oak barrels during 24 months with racking off every 4 to 6 months. The wine remains in bottle for 24 months before being released to the market.

TASTING NOTE

Intense red colour of mature cherry. Elegant nose of black fruits with balsamic and spiced notes over a mineral base. On the mouth full and meaty. Fruit and mineral notes over a tobacco base. Harmonious complexity on the palate. A wine with great personality and high potential for evolution.
