The respect shown to the individual features of the soil and the cultivation of the indigenous varieties (manto negre, fogoneu, premsal and, above all, callet) has formed the basis of our philosophy in the way we approach our viticulture and this is reflected in the wine itself.

 

Offering a high quality product, is what makes the day to day ÀN Negra.

Quíbia

QUÍBIA

Half Callet & half Premsal it is a unique blend of indigenous grape varieties. Fermented at low temparatures and aged on the lees, we obtain a very elegent wine, fresh & varietally distinctive.

This is a blend of the most important varieties of the island of Mallorca; callet, mantonegre and fogoneu, which make up 80% of the wine’s composition.

This is a wine made from specific vineyards, whose character reflects several unique factors; the old callet vines (40 to 60 years old) that are only found in Mallorca.
