Es el coupage de las más importantes variedades de la isla de Mallorca: callet, mantonegre y fogoneu que representan el 80% de la composición de este vino. Envejecido en barricas de roble francés i americano, se obtiene un vino de personalidad única, equilibrado y elegante.
· 65% callet
· 20% mantonegre y fogoneu
· 15% sirah
Grapes are harvested by hand into small 10kg boxes. Manual grape selection before temperature-controlled fermentation in cement tanks and wooden vats of 5,000 and 3,000 litres respectively.
13 months in barrels. Barrel origin: 70% French oak and 30% American oak. Barrel age: 35% are new barrels and 65 % are between 1 and 3 vintages old.
Perfect accompaniment to all meats, roast lamb, game, etc. Perfect with meat stews or casseroles boletus accompanied by more elaborate.
Recommended serving temperature: between 16º- 18ºC.
