BERONIA III AC (2008)

After fermentation the wine undergoes post fermentative maceration for 20 days and is then transferred to new French oak barrels. In remains in the new barrels for 6 months and then is transferred to semi new barrels for a further 9 months.

Tempranillo 92% - Graciano 4% - Mazuelo 4%

TASTING NOTE

Attractive and vibrant cherry red. On the nose clean aromas of spices and fruit. Warm on the mouth with mature fruit delicately harmonised with the sweet tannins and elegant menthols of the wood. This wine's powerful and balanced structure results in a long and pleasant finish. A modern wine with a classic undercurrant.
