A selection of the best Tempranillo grapes from our organic vineyards. The fermentation is produced from natural yeast strains from the grapes. Aged for 6 months in American oak barrels.

TASTING NOTE

Attractive cherry red colour with maroon tones. Intense and fruity with mature red fruits standing out such as plum. With spiced notes, rosemary and tobacco. Round and balanced with fruit mixed with chocolate. Well structured and pleasant on the palate.

SERVING TEMPERATURE 16º-18ºC

FOOD MATCHING

Perfect with red meats and pasta.
