GRACIANO (2011)

This wine undergoes cold maceration prior to fermentation. The alcoholic fermentation is then carried out at low temperatures to achieve high colour extraction. After fermentation the wine is transferred to French oak barrels where it remains for 6 months.

TASTING NOTE

Intense garnet cherry colour with violet reflections. Complex nose with intense spice aromas for example black pepper mixed with blue flowers such as violets, over a base of mint and chocolate. On the mouth full, fruity and meaty. Shows floral notes with touches of chocolate. Elegant and balanced with long aftertaste.
