TEMPRANILLO (2010)

For this wine the best Tempranillo bunches are selected, those are their optimum maturation. The grapes undergo maceration in stainless steel deposits to extract colour and aromas. In total the wine remains in American oak for around 8 months.

TASTING NOTE

Deep cherry red colour with violet tones. Bright and intense. Intense smoked notes on the nose with a base of mature strawberry and chocolate. On the mouth fresh and harmonious with the fruit standing out. A long wine with great volume. Ideal to enjoy different sensations. A unique wine with a special elaboration.

FOOD MATCHING

Perfect with smoked meats or fish, patés and cured meats.
