The Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot with which this wine is made belong to the oldest part of our estate "La Planta"; grown to 911 meters in clay-calcareous soils with limestone mother rock a meter from surface.
Having reached the peak of ripeness, the grapes are harvested in boxes of 15Kg, then go through a selection table and shall be destemmed until encube in stainless steel tanks, where after a few days macerating cold ferment about 27 º C.
Aged for 16 months in barrels, 50% French oak and 50% American oak makes it a fine and subtle wine.
VISUAL: High intensity, red color with ruby trim, keeping violet tones.
NOSE: An impressive nose, full of ripe fruit, aromatic strokes and balsamic and roasted background.
PALATE: Round and elegant, the palate is velvety, smooth, attractive. A faithful memory of such a complex nose. These creamy sensations give us a great length.
