VISUAL: Its color is black-reddish chestnut, clean and bright, with scarlet rims.
NOSE: Explosive, rich with nuances, a complete aromas palette, standing out black fruits and hints of wood.
A serious wine, with fine and complex aromas that evolve throughout the tasting.
MOUTH: Fresh, with a great taste and aromas balance. This is a robust and vigorous wine, but while crossing the palate it becomes creamy, silky and pleasant.

To complement the elegance of this wine we suggest to combine it with roasted lamb or skewer lamb, roasted on oak and vine wood. For a contrast matching enjoy it with a black chocolate dessert.
If uncorked at the time of consumption the wine should be carefully decanted. You can also let it breathe in the glass for several minutes before drinking.
We recommend to serve at a temperature of 15ºC.
