The first red grapes harvested in the harvest of 2014 by Bodegas Arzuaga Navarro, were used to make this wine.
At this early vintage owe the organoleptic character that gives uniqueness to wine. The harvest took place on September 23 day fruit in the lunar calendar.
From the most exclusive selection of clones from our estate "La Planta" born our new wine Rosae Arzuaga, the vineyard is Tempranillo and was planted in 1988.
Our estate La Planta is located at 911m altitude with calcareous clay soils with bedrock unfragmented within a meter of the surface, facing southeast.
The harvest is done manually in boxes of 15 kilos. After a rigorous selection was carefully pressed to obtain a minimum color extraction. All this at less than 12 ° C, which was kept in the fermentation own temperature, after which the wine was a natural decantation cold. It was bottled, for freshness and liveliness.
VISUAL: Bright and clear. Pale pink suit and meniscus copper color.
NOSE: High aromatic intensity average, which highlights acid notes of red fruits, strawberries and raspberries dominate. Notes of pine, passion fruit and floral notes.
MOUTH: Fresh, pleasant and delicate task. Silky sensation, that lingers in the mouth to retro-olfaction where passion fruit and a slight citrus tone that disappears quickly giving way to brand sweetest sensations.
This wine can have a perfect harmony with many dishes like cream of vegetables, rice both sea and mountain, seafood, fried fish and sauces, meats, roasted white meat and poultry dishes and sushi or sashimi. Recommended serving temperature: 6-8ºC.
